Wheatworks does not sell, rent or offer personal information about clients, potential clients and visitors to others.  In short, no one will receive information about you from Wheatworks Software without your explicit permission unless required by law.  You will not be quoted on our site or in any of our promotional materials without your explicit permission.

Wheatworks Blog

Blogs are a great way of sharing information and we encourage you to visit and use our blog at www.wheatworks.com/wp.

However, like so many great things on the Internet, spammers have found they can use blogs for their own purposes by spamming the blog with their own promotional comments or by creating fictitious conversations to deceive readers. If you leave a comment on our blog your IP address will be collected by our web server. This information is used by Wheatworks Software to report blog spamming and scams to the spammer's ISP. We do not tolerate spamming.

Cookies are not used on CustomCalcs.com.

Server Logs

Wheatworks web site host servers creates server log files. These include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site and monitor aggregate movement through the site. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We analyze general statistics regarding our web site's usefulness but this information is never personal. We analyze statistical information such as hits per page or downloads per file per period, but (except for our blog as mentioned above) we do not analyze "who" hit our pages or downloaded our files.

Email

Wheatworks Software complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. We don't like receiving unsolicited commercial email and won't do to others what we don't like done to ourselves.

We do maintain a list of customers and others who have voluntarily requested to receive special offers, updates, price discounts and information about new releases. Wheatworks Software, LLC does not sell, rent or share its e-mail list. Subscribers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe from the list at any time by following the simple instructions at the bottom of each message.
