Royalty free.  One-time license fee.

"Royalty free" means you pay no per copy fee.  Whether you distribute 100 copies or 100,000 copies of the real estate software with your brand, your cost is the same.  You pay no royalty fees.

"One-time license fee" means you pay no annual license fees.  You may distribute your branded promotional software for as many years as you wish at no additional charge.
