The software development process begins with our receipt of the following items which you may send by email and/or postal mail:

• Art work you wish to have displayed in the application (if the graphics are already on a web site, simply provide the URL to the page(s) containing the graphics and identify those you wish to be displayed in your branded calculator.)
• Your web site URL(s)
• The email address(es) you wish to include in your branded calculator
• Text for the welcome message you wish to have displayed during the installation
• Text for a tag line or message you wish to have printed at the top of each report (often a company slogan and contact information)
• A check or money order made payable to Wheatworks Software, LLC for the initial payment of 50%.  Please mail this payment to:  Wheatworks Software, LLC, Post Office Box 7, Ruston, LA 71273

The Development Process:  Proof Version > Feedback > Repeat

The development process begins with the creation of an initial proof version.  You'll be asked to spend some time with the proof and decide how it might be modified to better fit your idea of what you want.

Remember, our goal is to create an application you'll be excited to give away for promotional purposes.  Your feedback is crucial.

Once you have provided your feedback, the requested changes will be implemented.  Then another proof will be sent incorporating the feedback.

This proof-feedback-proof-feedback process continues until the application is as you wish it to be.  Once you have accepted the final proof (which becomes the release version upon your acceptance) you will be billed for the final payment of 50%.
